Cancellation and Payment Policy:

Please refer to the cancellation and payment status on your confirmation.

• Guaranteed by credit card - If amended/cancelled after 23:59Hrs (hotel local time) one day prior to arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night’s room charge will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
• Pre-Payment - Non-refundable – 100% of the entire stay will be charged at the time of booking. A payment link  will be sent and should be paid within 24 hours to secure the booking. In the event of non-payment, the booking will be subject to availability, and rates subject to change.
• Guaranteed by company – Free cancellation until 23:59Hrs (hotel local time) one day prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellation or no show, 100% of the first night’s room charges will be charged to the company credit facility.
• 2pm one day prior – A deposit equal to a 1-night room charge must be received by 23:59Hrs (hotel local time) one day prior to arrival. A payment link will be sent and should be made to secure the booking. In case of non-payment, this booking will be released, and rates and inventory will be subject to availability.

• Booking Guarantee & Cancellation policy on Event Dates: Credit card details are taken to guarantee for late arrival & a free cancellation will be provided 21 days (GMT+04) of the arrival date. Full Charges will be applied in case of no-show or cancellation after the free cancellation period.

Arrival and Departure Information:

• Check-in time: 2 pm
• Check-out time: 12 pm
• As per UAE law, guests are required to present a valid original UAE Emirates ID or a valid original passport upon check-in. 
• Airport arrival transportation should be arranged in advance by contacting the hotel Reservations Department at least 24 hours before arrival. Transportation from Abu Dhabi International Airport is charged at AED 150 per car per way. Transportation from alternative airports can be arranged, prices are quoted upon request.

Meal Plan information:

Where a meal plan is indicated as inclusive in the room rate, the meal plan will be applicable for the number of adults booked. All meals for children are charged upon consumption and following the hotel's child age policy. Please contact the hotel Reservation Department for more information.
