About the Chef

Chadi Salloum, a seasoned Complex Executive Chef at Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel Dubai, boasts a distinguished career marked by significant achievements and contributions.

With over 30 years in restaurant management and culinary arts, Chadi has garnered international recognition for his culinary prowess. Notably, he participated in the largest chefs’ gathering globally, acknowledged by the Guinness World Records in 2013. His expertise has been showcased on numerous TV cooking shows and featured in prominent cookbooks, solidifying his reputation as a culinary innovator.

In the past year, Chef Chadi Salloum has led transformative initiatives, demonstrating his commitment to sustainability and enhancing departmental performance. Under his leadership, the hotel has embraced a “Local/Farm to Table” approach, sourcing organic and locally-produced ingredients to support UAE’s food security goals.
