Staff Training and Certification
Our team has undergone Autism and Sensory Awareness trainings, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of all guests. This training is also part of our onboarding process for new hires. Following a comprehensive facility audit, our hotel achieved international certification for accessibility and inclusivity.
Accessibility Features:
General: Valet parking, accessible pathways and ramps, evacuation wheelchairs, and complimentary wheelchair hire.
Rooms: Spacious POD guest rooms with wheelchair access, roll-in showers with a foldable chair, lowered wash basin, lowered access for room amenities and mini-bar items.
Signage: Clear bilingual signs in Arabic and English with universal symbols.
Accessible Areas: Restaurants, Meeting rooms.
Other Accessible Features: Flashing light for alarm, audible emergency alarm and hands-free communication system.

- Sensory guides; These tools are designed to help individuals with sensory processing challenges, such as autism or other developmental disabilities, navigate the hotel environment comfortably by creating a more predictable experience.
