We are pleased to announce the signing of a franchise agreement with Signature Complex LLP Islamabad for the opening of its first property in Pakistan.

The agreement will see the development of a Signature Rotana property in the city under the group’s upscale Rotana Hotels & Resorts brand. Located atop a bustling commercial hub in Islamabad, the vibrant Capital City of Pakistan, the hotel will add a total of 522 keys to Rotana’s global portfolio once completed. Consisting of 378 hotel rooms and 144 branded residence apartments, the property will also offer a state-of-the-art Top Notch Business Centre, six meeting lounges, a banquet hall, and a multipurpose space, as well as two specialty restaurants, and a café. Additionally, to enhance the guest experience, the outdoor top tiers Coffee Bars featuring specialty restaurants. The wellness and relaxation amenities will include an indoor pool, gymnasium, and exclusive amenities featuring a luxurious spa, thermal facilities & other self-care lounges.
