In general, it is good.. We had a room on the 33rd floor. The room is too cold.. The room service did not charge the shampoo and soap.. The room was big and had a great view.. The breakfast was average to high.. The staff is very polite.. The hotel pool is good. The concierge and security of the hotel are very polite and well-mannered. We had a good stay. First of all the Service was great, especially mrs. Aygün helped a lot and was very friendly. The Valet Service and breakfast were nice as well. The view on burj khalifa was stunning! Would recommend it to everyone!

Hospitality and services were great . Stuff and reception were so kind and professional . It was my birthday and they surprised me withe a delicious cake . It was best experience. I will come back rosereyhan again 💗

The stay was amazing, me and my husband we had the all inclusive dining package and it was all worth it. The room was fantastic with a mesmerising view.

We can’t fault this hotel. Very attentive friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The only thing I would say is there isn’t enough room around the pool. Special thank you to Michael and Youssef for making our evenings so relaxing and enjoyable Thank you
