The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the city. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping staff maintained everything to a high standard, and the in-room amenities were excellent. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. From the smooth check-in to the helpful concierge, the service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, offering a wide selection of international and local dishes. The quality of the food and the service in the restaurant were top-notch. The hotel’s fitness facilities and swimming pool were well-maintained and provided a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. I definitely recommend it. Hotel in a great location, clean and comfortable. The biggest advantage is the service. Warm, smiling and helpful people. It's hard to write about everyone but at every step we were met (I was with my family) with a smile, interest and willingness to help. There was no problem at the reception (check-in was instant), service in the restaurant - world class. (greetings to Jahed and Mohamed). If I'm in Dubai next time, it's only there.

Felt like the employees at Olio felt oberwhelmed for dinner. Maybe because of short staff, but we‘ve left 2 times after we haven’t been able to order for 20 minutes.

We were in Dubai from 30.08.2024 to 06.09.3024. It is a very nice, very clean and very modern city. We visited Burj Kalifer and underwater museum. That was fantastic! The trip by yacht was also very, very nice. We would love to come back to Dubai.

I was on vacation with my family (2 adults + 1 child) We lived on the 42nd floor and it was great! Dubai is magnificent in the morning and at night! Every day we watched the bland view from the window. When we entered the hotel we immediately felt the quality of service and professionalism of the staff. We were also pleased with the food in the hotel and the spa area with a swimming pool. The entire staff works to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much! Very clean and friendly hotel with excellent staff. Well trained , fast and friendly at every interaction. One bedroom suite is spacious and has all amenities you need. Great view in the high floor suites. Literally zero negative points to mention.

Beautiful hotel, very good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and lunch, the dishes at dinner could be more varied. Very crowdy swimming pool. The air conditioning in the room is too loud for my liking. Excellent view from the upper floors over the city, impressive awakening with a spectular view in the morning.
