Place was clean, staff were amazing super friendly and have knowledge of almost all languages, food, pool, service .. everything was just PERFECT

our stay was great from check in till check out time. and we have a very warm greetings and welcomes wherever we go and every one try to help as much as possible.

We come to this hotel every year, and it's always a pleasure! The service is impeccable, and the staff is warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Ram, who makes our stay even more enjoyable every time. A must-visit place!

It is well located at the end of the Corniche overlooking one of the gates to the Qasr al Watan presidential palace.Etihad tower, ADNOC old & new HQ, Bab al Qasr, Grand Hyatt & Emirates Palace hotel are all within walking distance. We had an all inclusive stay, though some food & drink at the beach area is extra cost(non alcoholic beers etc).The food was very good, meal times can sometimes get busy but the restaurant management are very good at keeping things running smoothly & are very attentive.The room was on the 4th floor & had a seperate master bedroom with on suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath & seperate shower.The main room also had its own separate toilet with basin, minifridge, sofa, armchair & coffee table.The view was good looking over the Falcon Circle roundabout with views of the Qasr Al Watan & Emirates Palace Hotel which makes for a good photo.There is no balcony though & the windows cannot be fully opened for safety.But that is fine as it was intensely hot & humid in August.The aircon was cold & powerful.The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft & we ended up buying our own from Ikea as the hotel didnt have any firmer pillows.The pool area was good but there are no waterslides or anything for younger children.There is small private beach area which is also good.But as it was so hot we didnt use it as much as we would have liked.The hotel is impressive inside with 2 glass elevators & 2 normal ones.You must use your keycard to activate the elevators (no one else can press your floor button) & you need your keycard to access the pool gate.As there are only 4 elevators you might need to wait a while to get up & down at busy times.We used the stairs as we were only on the 4th floor. But if you are on the 21st floor then you better be fit & healthy or have patience.The staff in the hotel were amazing & every problem we gave them they were able to solve (apart from the pillow problem) Arnel on the front desk checked us in & helped with solutions to problems that our terrible travel agent had thrown at us.He gave us lots of advice on what to do during our stay.We also hired a car through the hotel & Mustafa & his team of valets made sure we had our car ready whenever we were going out.Peg & Ram on the front door were always there to help with luggage & opening the doors. Housekeeping staff were great as were the waiters.All staff were amazingly helpful, friendly & polite considering all the hardwork they do.They are a credit to this hotel

We was 3 persons in this Hotel, and we have 6 beautyful days!All Inklusive(breakfast, lunch and diner), +all soft drinks.The people are awesome nice and helpful, really!!Thank you for everything Khalidiya Resort Palace, see you 100% next time!!

I came to Abu Dhabi in a business trip. My stay at the Khalidiyia, to a large extent I would say, was only good. I personally expected way more from a five star hotel. Indeed, I am not generalizing and I am not hedging toward a fact that my stay was unpleasant, but my stay in Khalidiyia I would say, was ordinary and did not meet my expectation. The hotel is very clean to a very large extent, and the staff were helpful too. However, I had few incidents which might sound trivial to some but for me they were of huge importance--these incidents forced me to change the hotel and continue my stay in Abu Dhabi in another hotel nearby. For example, some of the incidents are as following: 1- the reception upon my arrival and during the checking in process were very helpful and welcoming but after one day, I felt they were cold and to some extent not professional. 2- I asked them to send my shirt to laundry for washing ironing and cleaning. I informed them beforehand that I need it within 2-3 hours if that's possible if not I do not want to send it at all, if they were not able to do that since it would be way much better for me to buy a new one and iron it myself. The laundry department informed me that they can do within 2 hours and less even. When they returned the shirt, it was clean and ironed very well but not fully dry. Anyway, I wore it and went to my meeting since I had no option anymore. During the meeting since the shirt was not dry, I felt so uncomfortable and cold because the shirt was not fully dry. Indeed two hours might be a very short time to fully clean, dry, and iron the shirt, but at least, they should have informed beforehand that they cannot do it. I had other options which might have been better than attending a meeting wet under air condition. 3- When it comes to the room service, they were helpful and very very nice people, but the coffee and water in the room were empty several times and I had to call and ask them to fill which usually took time, moreover, once I saw the guy in the corridor and asked him to put coffee and water, when I went back to the room he placed plenty of water (that was excellent) but he did not put any coffee but coffeemate!! I had to call again and wait to get coffee and it took them some time to do that. 4- I booked only two nights at the beginning even though my stay is way longer (max 20 days). I stayed three days and I had to move to a new hotel nearby. I had more issues but there is no space to write here

It was perfect, everything we needed. We were in low season and we were able to enjoy the entire hotel, the service was incredible and the hotel was super nice. We ate in the restaurant and the waiters were super attentive and the food was delicious and at a good price. Super recommended to spend a few days of rest there!

i came late at 3 and youssef and ahmed were very polite and helpful and they checked me in very fast and gave me a very nice room with view .
