I had a wonderful stay at Amman Rotana from the moment I arrived, The reception team made me feel welcome with their warm and professional attitude. I appreciate every single detail in the hotel's hospitality, cooperation, service, food quality, and cleanliness—a big thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The area of the hotel we stayed in had an amazing view of the Abdali Boulevard and was very peaceful. I will come back!

I and family spent 18 nighters at your hotel which we were very happy and comfortable because most of staff, beginning from reception to the housekeeper and breakfast waiters .so especially receptionist Adel, Hamza, Yousra, Raneen. Either waiters in the breakfast A'la'a, iyad , Batul and all others in breakfast, as well the housekeepers are very helpful in particular Sleem, Habees Alidwan, also I have to mentione to the security staff in particular Arej, Husam. All in all the staff were very happy, smiling, helpful and the hotel has pleasant atmospher and attentive sevice

we ve been there at the start of our trip and the last three night I wanted to try another hotel, but after one night I cancelled and run back to them!!! they remembered every title details about us, respect our privacy and always helpful about every little details. AbdAlrhman and Lubna knew exactly our needs in advance, and the the breakfast time was everyday special thanks to all of them that kept track of our tastes.

I especially want to thank Mr. Obai , who always helps me with the booking and takes care of every detail. His professionalism and kindness make every stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautiful, and the view, location, and services were excellent. However, the cleanliness of the room was below expectations. When the guest requested cleaning, it was not done properly.

over all the stay was good, special thanks to chef Ayad, he was the best , he make the best spicy mixed omlet ;)
