Everything was great, the room, the staff, and the breakfast was a special one. I encourage anyone to try this Hotel he or she will not regret the selection of this hotel to stay.

Wonderful building and nice welcome. Room was ready and spacious. Great shower but it took a long time for the water to run hot so unfortunately was not able to enjoy a relaxing bath after our long day sightseeing. We set the room to maid device but when we got back at 4 pm it still had not been done. When they arrived 30 mins later we were resting and just asked for water. We joined the app for the rewards program but when we ate at Gusto the Italian restaurant they could not give us the 10% discount because we didn’t have a card - I showed them my number and the app but still no luck so we ate at the nearby Boulevard street the next two nights and highly recommend - there is a wide choice and excellent food.

I would like to thank all of the hotel staff for their kindness and service , And specially OBAI for helping me with the reservation, also for his good meeting and welcoming of the guests, thanks to all the staff including the reception staff and the breakfast hall staff who are really wonderful, and I cannot forget the beautiful terrace and its beautiful atmosphere and his amazing staff in service and hospitality. Rotana amman is the best hotel that made for me a good experience and great memories during 3 time visits and will count beautiful memories also in the next times .

Well, we stayed 4 nights there, the people that worked there they were perfect and nice but the room service it was terrible, we asked for toiletries from the first day only 1 time we got it and every day when they cleaned the room they did not restock the toiletries as we told them many times, but nothing the cleaner said the bottles are full which all was empty always, also sometimes they did not empty the trash, and the room i got i told them non smoking room but first day it smelled cigarettes.

The high tea lounge is great place to spent time with great hospitality. Enjoying the weather in the trace.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days, the stay was excellent and the rooms were clean and tidy, we got to stay in rooms thag are in floor 30, so the view was awesome, food was good, thwy served us well and special thanks to Mr Zayed who always made sure that we weren't missing anything

I leave a piece of my heart every time I check out from this hotel. The way am always welcomed at this hotel ; the staff - room service - food and all facilities are always above our expectations. I can't thank enough the reservation and the front desk staff - Rami , Abdulrahman - Mustafa , Aows and Ahmad are always on top of there tasks and always provide 7 stars service to all guests.

The location is excellent, easy access for the center and to different places. Nice and helpful staff. The pool & gym are relatively limited in space.

My stay in Rotana was escaping whole the buildings in Amma. Without any doubt, this is the best hotel in Amman with distinguish view.
