Al Ain Rotana Hotel celebrated another successful year of operation for 2007

Al Ain, 19th May 2008 - another annual staff party of Al Ain Rotana hotel was taken place in Zakher Ballroom of the Hotel. Mr. Ayman Gharib, Al Ain Rotana's General Manager, Mr. Joseph Abou Yaghi, Corporate Vice President for Human Resources, honorable Mr. Boutros, Owner-representative, Head of the Departments and all the hotel's employees celebrated this night all together.

The main reason behind this party was to celebrate achievements of the year that has ended, dedicated for honoring the staff and the employees making up Al Ain Rotana.

Mr. Ayman Gharib, General Manager of Al Ain Rotana commented on the event: "last year was another successful operating year for all the Al Ain Rotana's team members. We are all gathered here to celebrate this achievement with the people who made this happen. He continued: "Employees are the key factors in any organizations which can directly or indirectly affect the overall performance of the hotel and its position in the market. I truly believe that all the employees have been doing a great job during the previous year. They have proven their commitment to this Rotana Family by their continuous hard work. Now it is a good opportunity for them to have a break and enjoy their time because they all deserve this."

During this party, employee of the year was introduced and all the employees were given corresponding prizes as an appreciation for the last year's effort.

At the end of the party, employees were expressing their sincere thanks and gratitude to Mr. Hany Ramzy, the Human Resource Manager for all the enduring efforts to the night's success.
