As the name suggests, Finz offers a wide variety of seafood in a relaxed and stylish atmosphere. The restaurant, located at the end of the jetty in front of the Beach Wing, is a unique wooden structure, built on a pontoon-like base, overlooking the sea. The menu, primarily focusing on seafood and crustacea, offers a surprisingly large variety of cooking methods from Wok to Tandoori, with signature dishes adopting the Cataplana style (dishes cooked and served in a large Portuguese copper pan), as well as the more traditional methods, such as sea bass in a salt crust. Naturally, a variety of appetizers complement the menu, and the beverage list has a wide selection of fine wines from Europe and the New World. It is important to note that whilst the menu leans predominately towards seafood, it does cater to all tastes including meat eaters, the health conscious as well as vegetarians.
